WHAT TO BEAR IN MIND

In what format should I send the text to be translated?

Ideally, in an editable format. Should you not have access to the original document in an editable format, we will deliver the translation in the format that best suits the client.

Volum discounts

Please ask about volume discounts and possible surcharges in case of urgency, edition or any specific difficulty.

Supplementary services

Notarization and the Hague Apostille - I can arrange it for you if needed.

Do you have a deadline?

All translations take their time and cost money. Therefore, ensure you leave enough time for any translations you need and remember that quality comes at a price: a fair price.

What format will have the certified translation?

The translation must be delivered in a physical format, and must include the stamp and signature of the sworn translator, as well as a standard certification text. Duly completed sworn translations become public documents after they have been stamped and signed by the sworn translator. It can also be delivered in digital format with e-signature.

Can I do anything to contribute to the quality of the final outcome?

  • Do not give me tight deadlines and make me work against the clock, because sooner or later that will be reflected in the quality of the final text.
  • Give me information about your text: who is the target audience, what your ultimate intention is, what is important to highlight, etc.
  • If you have parallel texts or similar documents on the subject matter in the target language, do not hesitate to make them available to us. This will be of great help to me!
  • It is important that I am able to contact you should I have any queries. During the translation and revision process, it is not unusual that difficulties arise. So there is nothing better than asking the author to clear them up!
  • Finally, please give me your feedback! It is important to me to know whether I struck the right note or whether I have to make changes in the future. If at all possible, do not correct my draft texts without letting us know.
